Warranty Coverage:
Our products come with a 1-year warranty that covers manufacturing defects. If you encounter any issues with the quality or functionality of your item due to production defects, please contact us promptly to arrange for a replacement or repair.
Return Procedure:
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact our customer service team to request a return authorization (RA) number.
- Carefully package the item(s) you wish to return, ensuring they are in their original condition and packaging.
- Clearly mark the RA number on the outside of the package.
- Ship the package to the address provided by our customer service team. Please note that the cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
Refund Process:
Once we receive your returned item(s), our team will inspect them to ensure they meet our return criteria. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item(s). Please note that the refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
